WOYWW - It looks better, I promise!

Good morning all you lovely people from WOYWW. I was hanging my head in utter shame when I walked into my playroom this morning and decided to quickly take a bath and get warm before I take a picture for you. While I was in the bath, my trusty helper decided that it was time to clean and wash the table cloths. That is why it looks like this today. It looked a lot worse before she started, i promise! She just made piles of stuff and put it on every flat surface she could find! The result is, I can not find anything, so ... message recieved, i will clean this mess before I start on a new project. LOL

See what i mean? Piles of stash on every flat surface!
This is what I decided. I only have a few days of school holidays left, so ... I will clean later, right now, I need to play and make some more mess.

Thank you to all of you who have left such wonderful encouraging messages last time. My problem at school is not really resolved, but I am confident that if I continue loving my girls, it will resolve itself somehow. In the end, love conquers all!

  1. So envious of your craft space - looks larger than my lounge. All those ribbons and stuff on orderly reels - well impressed. I could do with a helper coming to wash my stuff while I do mum-in-laws. Great to have mates - Have a happy week x Jackie 14

  2. Good luck with hunting out all your craft stash and tidying it all away. You have a wonderful creative space.
    Have a great week,

  3. I'm so sorry to hear that the nonsense at school is still continuing Tertia..I sincerely hope that it has a positive outcome for you.
I think that if someone moved all my crafting stuff I'd be a little upset. I like knowing where I can put my hands on anything!

  4. 'can't find anything' is my reason for not tidying up. I would rather have organised chaos than organised!!
I pray that your schooldays become easier for you, but love conquers everything.
    Have a good week

  5. Hi Tertia, the school holidays are just about to start over here. It may amuse you that Ant,after he had started work, would come to me to dye his hair crazy colours when he went on holiday with his mates. His then girlfriend, now his wife, wouldn't do it in case something went wrong, lol. After a while, he found out his employer,(he was an editor at the BBC), didn't care about his hair colour, and the rest is history!Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #5 xxx

  7. HelloTertia. Oh how I love your room it is so bright and the table in the middle is something I have always wanted but myt playroom is in the basement which was my girls playroom when they where tiny. Have fun creating on your days off from school and I would be at a loss if someone cleaned up my room. Thanks for visiting my blog earlier and have a wonderful Wednesday. Hugs ~Anne L#3

  8. Sorry to hear that your school problem hasn't been resolved. Hoping for an end soon.

Your crafting space looks fantastic. Mine is way messier than that right now. It doesn't make me feel good to see it that way so hopefully I'll get to cleaning it today.

    Happy WOYWW

  11. Thinking of you and hoping we have a happier Tertia soon on her blog. As you say, you love your girls and that keeps you going so keep that uppermost in your mind.
You seem to have a lovely craft room to escape to so let that be your comfort zone and just enjoy the crafting as much as you can.
Take care of YOU - sorry I am so late but the osteopath left me feeling a bit sore earlier.

  13. I have a helper but she is not allowed anywhere near by craft room. I know exactly where everything is even though the place looks like a tip.
Keep smiling I also have had to come to terms with some difficulties recently but with the help of God....

  15. Dear Tertia having just read your earlier WOYWW I just want to send you my good wishes. Having been a teacher all my life too I know what a precious thing it is to have the minds and lives of youngsters in your hands and know how hard we try every day to do the right thing for each and every one of them. I hope everything resolves itself. Don't let the bullies get to you - your love and strength of character will win in the end! x Jo

  16. Great looking craft room! Seems there is an unwritten law that if there is a horizontal surface it must be covered with something! Leastwise that is the way it is around here! Have a great week and enjoy your last days of freedom! It has been a while since I have posted anything or participated in WOYWW! It has been a year of medical issues and I have become kind a recluse of sorts. Vickie #43

  18. Great work area. Looks like a fun place to play. And in the words of Ray Benson.. 'why can't everyone just be nicer'. Hope things continue to improve at school. Hugs & Creative Blessings! Kelly #30
